The sale of residential units takes place only after full completion, although purchase agreements can already be signed during the construction phase. Payments and handovers occur exclusively based on completed construction progress – a significantly lower risk for our clients compared with many other developers. Since no MaBV requirements need to be fulfilled, projects can be finished faster, easier, and more cost-effectively.
